Vendormation Vendormation

By application · One at a time, a handful a year

You've outgrown one table.
Nothing you sell through knows about anything else.

Several markets a weekend. A store at your own place. Something half-built online. Each one takes money, each one keeps its own list, and none of them have ever spoken to each other.

So the family who bought from you on Saturday is a stranger at your farm store on Tuesday, and a stranger again online on Thursday. You're not short of demand. You're short of a joined-up memory of who already bought.

The playbook is about the sale you lose when you sell out. This is the same idea one level up: the money already sitting in customers you can't see.

What four weeks with me actually looks like

The shape is fixed. What gets built inside it depends entirely on what you already have.

  1. Week 1

    The connection map

A session together, then I map it: every place you sell, every list you hold, every till and spreadsheet and inbox — and where the money leaks between them. Most people have never seen it drawn.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    I build the connections

One customer record across all of it. The offer that fires on a purchase wherever it happened. The follow-up that knows which door they came through, because someone who bought at a market needs a different next sentence than someone who found you online.

  3. Week 4

    Working session and handover

We sit down with the finished thing. I show you and whoever helps you run it exactly how it works, and you leave running it yourself. White-glove, not a login and a PDF.

  4. After

    It's yours

Built in your own accounts, under your own name, no lock-in and nothing monthly to me. If you want me to keep running it afterwards that's a separate conversation, not a condition.

What you're actually paying for

Not software. You can buy software. What you're paying for is somebody who has done this before deciding which things should talk to each other, in what order, and what should happen the moment money changes hands anywhere in your operation.

And then the part most people never get to: being able to see which customers come back, what they buy second, and what they'd have bought if anyone had offered it. That's where the money you didn't know about turns out to be.

I'm not touching your product, your growing, your pricing or how you run a market day. That's yours, it works, and it's the reason you've outgrown one table in the first place.

Not included — said plainly

  • Your physical store. Fixtures, signage, the building. Not my trade.
  • Product photography. I'll tell you what you need and where the gaps are, but I don't shoot it.
  • Ongoing management. This ends in a handover by design. Anything after is its own arrangement.
  • Wholesale and stockist outreach. A separate module at $1,500, because it's a different job from connecting your own channels — and if nobody has asked to stock you yet, you don't need it.

One example of what "money you can't see" means

A list nobody had emailed in two years.

A client had a customer list that had gone completely cold — two years with nothing sent to it. Written off, in practice. I wrote and wired a sequence to it, and it produced close to $3,000 in sales from people who had already bought once and simply hadn't been asked again.

Nothing new was made. No ads were run. No new customers were found. That money was already there, sitting in a list, invisible because nothing was connected to it. That is the whole job, and at an operation running several markets, a farm store and a website, there's considerably more of it.

One result from one client, shared because it's concrete rather than because it's typical. Your list, your product and your season are different, and nothing here is a promise of what yours will do.

Is this you?

Yes, if

  • You already sell in two or more places — markets, a store of your own, online, a stall someone else runs
  • Each of them already takes money somehow
  • You make something people buy again
  • You can name the problem as "none of it talks to each other"

No, if

  • You sell in one place and it isn't set up yet — that's The Sold-Out Build at $997, and you'd be paying me five times over for the same outcome
  • You haven't run a market season yet
  • What you want is somebody to run it for you forever — this ends in a handover

Straight about the price

$4,999. The first two operations are $3,500.

Here's the honest position. I've built every individual piece of this many times — the sequences, the automations, the customer records, the reporting. The example above is one of them. What I haven't yet done is run all four weeks as a single package for a multi-channel farm operation.

So the first two places are $3,500 instead of $4,999, and in exchange I'd like to write up what we did — with your name on it if you're happy, and without it if you'd rather. You get the same four weeks and the same handover either way. After those two, it's $4,999.

I take one of these at a time, and a handful a year. Not scarcity for the sake of it — four weeks of somebody's actual attention doesn't divide.

You'd rather hear all that than find it out later, and I'd rather say it than pretend otherwise.

Tell me about your operation

There's no buy button on this page on purpose. This only works when it's the right fit, and the only way to know that is for you to tell me what you've got.

Takes about three minutes. I read every one myself and reply either way — including when the answer is "you don't need this yet", which it sometimes is.

Goes straight to me. No card, no obligation, and nothing gets added to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
