Done for you · One flat fee
You read the playbook. Everything in it is doable — and a Saturday stall plus a production week doesn't leave a weekend spare for setting up a store page, wiring up a checkout, making a QR sign and writing a sequence.
So don't. I do this for a living. Send me what you sell and I'll hand you back the finished system, set up under your own name, with a call to walk you through running it.
Before you wonder
This goes onto whatever you already use. If you've already got a shop — or you read the playbook and picked one — I build onto it rather than moving you off something that works. If you haven't picked one yet, choosing it is part of the job, and I'll tell you plainly which one fits what you sell.
What actually gets built:
Then there's the question of what happens next. A built system still needs somebody to send the Wednesday email, chase the pre-order that didn't get paid for, and tell the restock list it's back. That's the difference between the two options — one hands you the machine, the other hands you the machine already running.
The Sold-Out Build
$997
One time. No monthly fee, nothing to cancel.
Everything above, built and handed over. You run it from there.
Three of the packs come with it — the Follow-Up Vault, Brand Kit Pro and the Funnel Kit, which is $295 bought one at a time — plus the Market Ready membership, $9 a month on its own, which carries your Market Day Print Pack free. All of that is in the price. None of it is billed to you on top. The Holiday and Wholesale packs are not included.
Build it for me — $997 →The Sold-Out Engine
Keeps selling$1,497
One time. Still nothing monthly to me.
Everything in the Build, plus the flows that run without you — the abandoned pre-order chase, restock alerts, the weekly send, the repeat-buyer sequence, the win-back, and a season of campaigns loaded in advance.
Same three packs, same membership, same free print pack. Still in the price.

Side by side
Both options give you the same built system, under your name, yours to keep. The Build stops when I hand it over. The Engine keeps going.

Put it plainly: at $997 the system exists and you drive it. At $1,497 it drives itself, and the things you'd forget to do on a Tuesday after a market weekend happen anyway.
The week
What you sell, what it costs, which markets you do, whether you ship, and what you already sell through if anything. Ten minutes, and you can do it from your phone in the van. If you have photos, send them; if you don't, we'll sort that out.
The page, the payments, the sign and cards, the list, the three emails. I write the emails in your voice from how you described your product — you approve them before anything sends. On the Engine this is also where the flows get wired and the season gets scheduled.
I show you how to add a product, send the Wednesday email, and check your pre-orders before you load the van. That's the whole job of running it. On the Engine, most of that is already happening on its own, so the call is mostly about what to look at and when.
And the next time you run out of something at 10:40, you've got somewhere to send them.
Straight answers
Good — we'll use it rather than replacing things that work. The build is about the missing pieces: the pre-order path, the sold-out capture, the sign, and the emails. Tell me what you've got on the form and I'll work to it. I'd only suggest moving you if what you're on genuinely can't do pre-orders, and I'd tell you why before you paid.
Then picking one is part of this, and it takes about four minutes once I know what you sell and whether you ship. You'll pay that company directly — their fee is theirs, not mine, and I'll tell you what it will be before we start. The playbook names the three I'd choose between if you'd rather decide yourself first.
Not to me. The tools themselves have free tiers that cover you for a long time, and if you outgrow them you'd pay those companies directly, not me. Market Ready is $9 a month if you buy it on its own, and it comes with your build, so you're not billed for that on top either. I'll tell you before we start what, if anything, will ever cost you.
If you're the sort of person who'll actually sit down on a Wednesday and send the email, take the Build at $997 and keep the difference. If you know you won't — and most people running a market stall genuinely won't, because Wednesday is a production day — the extra $500 buys the part that doesn't depend on your energy that week.
Those two are not in either build, and I'd rather say so here than have you assume. They're $19 and $29 on their own inside the room. On the Engine I do load and schedule a season of campaigns for you as part of the service — that's the work, not the pack. If you want all five packs as files, that's the Everything Kit at $229, separately.
Then this is the best possible time. You already know what the holiday weeks are worth at your table — the part that usually isn't wired up in time is the gift-card link, the shipping cutoff and somewhere to take a pre-order. Getting set up now also means you spend the off-season with a list instead of starting cold in spring.
Yes, and you'll pay the difference rather than starting over. Nothing gets rebuilt — the flows sit on top of what's already there.
Me. Andrew. You'll be dealing with one person start to finish, which is also why I can only take on a handful of these at a time. The checkout shows how many places are open right now — when it says sold out, it is.
It's free, it's on a public page, and it stays free. Build it yourself, use the ten-minute versions, and if it turns into more work than you want, this offer will still be here.
