The Sold-Out Build · One flat fee
I'll build the whole thing before your next market.
Everything in the playbook is doable, and a Saturday stall plus a production week doesn't leave a weekend spare for setting up a store page, wiring a checkout, making a QR sign and writing a sequence. So don't. Send me what you sell and I'll hand back the finished system, set up under your own name, with a call to walk you through running it.
This is the most expensive thing I sell and it isn't the right answer for most people. Here's how to tell before you read any further.
It goes onto whatever you already use
If you've already got a shop, I build onto it rather than moving you off something that works. If you haven't picked one yet, choosing it is part of the job and I'll tell you plainly which one fits what you sell.
What actually gets built
- Your selling page
Pre-orders, shipping, gift cards, bulk, wholesale and event enquiries, and your market schedule. - Payments connected
So the money lands in your account, not mine. - A print-ready QR sign and matching cards
Designed to match how your table already looks. - Your email list, set up
With the signup wired to the code on the sign. - The three follow-up emails
Written in your voice and loaded, ready to send. You approve them first. - A handover call
So you can run it yourself from day one.
Included, not added on
The shelf comes with it.
People miss this, so plainly: the Build isn't just the labour. It includes the membership and three of the packs outright, which is $295 of shelf items you'd otherwise buy one at a time.
Market Ready
$9/month — included, so no separate subscription. Your Market Day Print Pack comes with it.
The Follow-Up Vault
$49 — every sequence a vendor needs, written out.
The Funnel Kit
$199 — the One Link, prebuilt and clonable.
Brand Kit Pro
$47 — labels, price cards, social posts, the lot as print-resolution files.
The Holiday Market Campaign Pack and the Wholesale Outreach Kit are not included — you can add Wholesale at checkout.
Ten minutes of your time. The rest is mine.
-
Day 0
You fill in one form
What you sell, what it costs, which markets, whether you ship. From your phone in the van.
-
Days 1–5
I build it
Page, payments, sign and cards, list, three emails.
-
Day 6
We get on a call
Twenty minutes on how to add a product and send the Wednesday email.
-
Saturday
Live at your table
And the next time you run out at 10:40, you've somewhere to send them.
Is this actually the one you need?
There are five ways to work with me and they do genuinely different jobs. The question that decides it is what's actually scarce for you — knowing what to do, or having an evening to do it in.
| What it is | Its one job | Pick it when |
|---|---|---|
| The Pop-Up Playbook Free |
Tells you what to do, in full, holding nothing back | Always. Start here whatever else you buy. |
| Market Ready $9/month |
Gives you the assets to copy, the print pack, and somebody to check your work | You'll build it yourself but you'd rather not guess |
| The Table Teardown $249 |
An hour with me on everything you've already built, then the ordered fix list in writing | It's built and it isn't converting, and you want to know why |
| The Sold-Out Build $997 |
I build the whole system and hand it over. You drive it from there | The evenings aren't there, and you'll still send the Wednesday email |
| The Sold-Out Engine $1,497 |
The same build, plus the flows that keep selling without you touching them | You know you won't send the Wednesday email, because Wednesday is a production day |
| The Distributor Engine By application |
The full build for a producer moving past markets entirely | Markets are no longer the main channel — wholesale and stockists are |
Build, or Engine.
The Sold-Out Build ($997) hands you the machine. The Sold-Out Engine ($1,497) hands you the machine already running — the weekly send, the abandoned pre-order chase, the restock alerts, the win-back, and a season of campaigns loaded in advance. Both include the membership and the three packs above.
The honest way to choose: if you'll genuinely sit down on a Wednesday and send the email, take the Build and keep the difference. If you know you won't, the extra buys the part that doesn't depend on how your week went.
I take a handful at a time — the checkout shows how many places are open right now.
By application · A small number at a time
The Distributor Engine
There's a point where markets stop being the business and start being marketing for it — when the wholesale enquiries outnumber the Saturday sales, and the thing in your way is a stockist pipeline rather than a sign. That's a different build: multi-channel store, wholesale and stockist pipeline, a subscription or club programme, the automation that runs all of it, and the reporting to manage it.
It isn't a purchase and there's no checkout. I take a small number of these at a time, and it starts with a conversation about whether you're actually at that point — most people who ask aren't yet, and I'll tell you so.
Start that conversationNot this, then.
Nothing here expires and there's no pressure to decide today. Either of these gets you moving at your next market for a lot less.
