How the room works, day to day

What actually happens after you join, so you're not buying a mystery.

The first five minutes

  1. Step 1

    You join

Nine dollars, or ninety for the year. You get a sign-in link to the email you used.

  2. Step 2

    Download the print pack

It's already in your library. Signs, table cards, labels, the tally sheet and the checklist poster, print-ready.

  3. Step 3

Post in Show me your table

A photo of the stall, or your link, or the last email you sent. This is the fastest value in the room.

  4. Step 4

    Read What's Working Now

The current month's read on what's actually converting across the other vendors.

The three places you'll spend time

Show me your table

You post your sign, your link, or your last email. Andrew reads it and tells you where the trail goes cold between your table and your list. Not your product and not your pitch — those are yours and they work. Just the digital side.

Honest about it: it's a public thread and he gets to it when he gets to it. If you want a private hour on everything at once with a written plan, that's the Table Teardown at $249.

Saturday numbers

Two numbers after each market: how many people you turned away, and how many emails you collected. Twenty seconds on a form. Your numbers are never shown next to your name.

This is the engine behind What's Working Now — you post yours, you get everyone's aggregate back.

The shelf

The packs and builds, one problem at a time, each with a buy button. Nothing is pushed at you on the way in — it sits there until a specific thing is in your way.

Read-only. Questions about any of it go in Show me your table.

A few straight answers

Is there a call or a live session I have to make? No. Nothing is scheduled and nothing happens at a fixed time. You post when you've got something to post and you read when you've got a minute, which is the only format that survives a market season.

How busy is it? Small on purpose. Everyone in there paid the same nine dollars to get through the door, so nobody's post sits ahead of yours.

What if I join and don't use it? Cancel in two clicks and keep the print pack — anything you downloaded or bought stays yours whether you keep subscribing or not.

Do I need to have built anything first? No, but you'll get more out of it if you've read the playbook and done Part 3 at one market. Then you're posting about something real instead of something hypothetical.
