The short version: the instructions are free. What isn't free is the intel, and a read on your own work.
Most businesses do this the other way round — they give you a taste and charge for the method. The method here is the free part, in full, on a public page, including the exact scripts and the email templates. That's deliberate. It's worth knowing what good looks like before anyone builds anything for you.
What costs money is the stuff that can't be written down once: what's converting this month across other vendors, and somebody actually looking at your sign, your link, your emails.
Free, and staying free
Everything you need to do it yourself
- The whole method — all five parts, written out, nothing held back for a paid version
- The exact scripts — what to say when you sell out, word for word
- The sign wording — what earns a scan and what gets walked past
- The three follow-up emails — written out as templates
- The platform comparison — which to pick and why, no affiliate links
- Printable table signs, cards and labels
- The brand board builder — your colours, in about ten minutes
- A 15-minute call with Andrew, no pitch
$9 a month
The two things that can't be written down once
- What's Working Now — rewritten monthly from what vendors in the room actually report: which sign wording is getting scanned, which subject lines are getting opened, what pre-order take-up looks like right now. It can't go on a public page because it changes every month and it comes from members' own numbers.
- A read on your own setup — post your sign, your link or your last email in Show me your table and Andrew tells you where the trail goes cold. This is the one thing that genuinely can't be free, because it's his time on your specific work.
Plus the finished assets to copy rather than build, the full Market Day Print Pack free on joining, and a seasonal campaign drop each quarter.
What's in the room →One thing worth saying plainly: the membership is the door, not the shelf. The Follow-Up Vault, Brand Kit Pro and the Funnel Kit are bought separately inside at member prices — and anything you buy stays yours whether you keep subscribing or not.
So which should you actually do?
Read the playbook and do Part 3 at your next market. It costs nothing, needs no tools, and it's the highest-return thing in the whole document. If that goes well and you want the finished versions and somebody checking your work, the room is nine dollars. If a market is worth under about $800 a season to you, do the ten-minute versions and spend nothing — we'd rather tell you that.
